The Demon Slayer Corps ( () (さつ) (たい) Kisatsutai?) is an organization that has existed since ancient times, dedicating its existence to protecting humanity from Demons.

Structure[]

Joining[]

In order to become a Demon Slayer, an individual must pass the Final Selection, a test used as an entrance exam to join the Demon Slayer Corps. During this selection, examinees must defeat 12 Mutated Demon(s), 18 Explosion Art Demon(s) and Susamaru on a mountain top.

Candidates who complete the Final Selection are issued the standard uniform, as well as being given the opportunity to choose the ore for their special sword, which is designed to eliminate Demons efficiently. Each new Slayer is also assigned a Kasugai crow for communication purposes. New slayers will also be able to talk to the NPC beside the table with the Demon Slayer Corps Uniform to receive a quest to claim your nichirin sword.

Ranks[]

Members of the Demon Slayer Corps are separated into ten different ranks. To participate in ranking up sessions, join the Demon Slayer Corps Discord server. From the lowest to the highest rank, these ranks are:

Mizunoto → Mizunoe → Kanoto → Kanoe → Tsuchinoto → Tsuchinoe → Hinoto → Hinoe → Kinoto → Kinoe

Nichirin Blades[]

Nichirin Swords ( (にち) (りん) (とう) Nichirin Tō?) are special blades used by and made specifically for the Demon Slayer Corps to slay Demons. They are forged from a unique ore that constantly absorbs sunlight, one of the only major weaknesses of Demons.

Nichirin Blades take on a distinct color when first drawn by its owner, which is why they are also referred to as "The Color Changing Katana". The color of the blades differ from owner to owner, thus possessing a wide range of colors.

To get your personal Nichirin Blade, head over to Minobu Village, where you will meet an NPC named vidgamenate. Click on him and he'll give you your personal Nichirin Blade. You will also require an ore given at the Final Selection to make a Nichirin Blade.

Swords from Gamepasses or swords bought with Robux are only for cosmetic purposes. They do not provide a damage or attack speed buff.

Kasugai Crow[]

Kasugai Crows ( (かすがい) (がらす) Kasugai Garasu?) are crows that are used by the Demon Slayer Corps, primarily for communication. Each of them is assigned to a Demon Slayer Corps member. They deliver missions to their designated members.

If a player presses N on the keyboard, their Kasugai crow will occasionally assign them a quest, merely a substitution if you're too lazy to receive quests from NPCs.

Hashira[]

The Hashira of the anime.

Within the Demon Slayer Corps, there is a group of elites known as the Hashira (柱 Hashira, lit. Pillars). This group consists of the most powerful combatants in the organization. The Hashira, in accordance with their great strength, are the most highly ranked members of the Corps, second only to the leader of the organization.

In order to become a Hashira, a Demon Slayer can challenge a Hashira for their spot once they reach Kinoe rank. If they lose they go back to Mizunoto rank.
